Genuine Collective

Work together

Genuine Collective considers collaborations that fit its focus on people making things together. We keep commercial relationships visible and editorial decisions independent, so readers can tell what is a partner placement and what is editorial coverage.

Suitable collaborations

We consider clearly defined partnerships connected to shared projects, making spaces, workshops or tools used in collaborative work. A proposal should explain the subject, intended format and audience, as well as any relevant commercial relationship. We do not accept work that asks us to disguise promotion as independent reporting.

Partner placements

Partner placements may appear in recurring areas of the website, including clearly marked partner listings or other agreed placements. Their position and wording will make the relationship apparent. Placement does not imply that Genuine Collective independently tested, endorsed or verified a product, service or organisation.

Editorial boundaries

Partners do not choose our independent topics, approve editorial conclusions or prevent us from making corrections. Any paid contribution is labelled clearly, and we decline collaborations whose terms would confuse readers about who is speaking or why material appears.

Starting a conversation

Use the Contact page to outline the proposed collaboration, the subject, the format and any requested placement. We review proposals for fit and clarity; sending an enquiry does not commit either side to an agreement.
